Important Rules and Policies
I. Reservation and Payment
All charters require a reservation in advance.
Reservations may be made by submitting a form through the Contact Us page and scheduling your charter by phone.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is due 72 hours before departure.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 10 days notice: Full refund.
Less than 10 days notice: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund.
II. Weather and Cancellations
The Captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to thunderstorms, high winds, and rough seas.
If we cancel your trip due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your trip at no additional charge.
If we cancel your trip due to weather and you are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
III. Fishing Equipment and Gear
We provide all necessary fishing gear, including rods, reels, tackle, and bait. You are welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
Food and drink are not provided.
Footware. All passengers must wear soft sole, non-marring shoes (ex. rubber sole, like Xtratuf deck boots)
IV. Behavior and Safety
All guests must follow safety instructions provided herein and by the Captain. Life jackets are available and must be worn when instructed.
Drugs. Zero tolerance of any drug use or possession thereof. Any drug use or possession thereof will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
Alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages in moderation. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
Respecting the Environment. Please avoid littering, and ensure all trash is disposed of properly.
Behavior. All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the crew and fellow passengers. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
V. Departure and Return
Arrival Time. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow for check-ins and safety briefings.
Late Arrivals. If you arrive late, we may need to depart without you, and no refund will be issued.
Return Time. Our charters are timed to ensure you have the full experience. Delays on your end may reduce your time on the water.
VI. Gratuity
Gratiuties are greatly appreciated and can be given at your discretion at the end of the trip.
Reccommended gratuity is 20-25% of the charter fee.
VII. Liability
Passenger Responsibility. While we take every precaution for your safety, guests assume all risks associated with boating and fishing activities. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal items that occur during the trip.
Personal Property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items such as phones, cameras, or clothing. Please leave valuables at home.
Damaged or Dropped Fishing Rod. If you damage or drop a fishing rod overboard, you must pay for the full price of the fishing rod.
VIII. Special Requests
Special Requests. If you have any specific requests, such as special celebrations or equipment needs, pleasse notify us at the time of booking.
